Starting Mif2Go in FrameMaker 10

I have installed Mif2Go per instructions (I think), but "Set up in the File>Up Mif2Go Export..." does not show up in the FrameMaker File menu. I've checked the install several times and it appears ok.....although I'm a bit unclear on Section 1.3.6 "Establish system-wide configuration settings".
Any ideas?
Installing in Frame
If the Mif2Go items do not appear in the File menu, you have probably installed them in the wrong place. You need to put both m2rbook.dll and m2gframe.dll in your frame\fminit\Plugins directory, not to be confused with frame\plugins, which is for internal Frame use. If you do that, the menu items should appear the next time you start Frame.
