mif2go chm user guide not showing any help content

I just downloaded the trial version of mif2go and was trying to install it by following the help. But when I open the user guide under m2g/userguide/ directory, it does not display any content. It shows the left hand side content map but no text..
I am using a win 7 64 bit enterprise edition.

Unblocking a CHM
Since Vista, and possibly earlier, Microsoft has a "security" feature for CHMs that have been downloaded from the Web, or that were in zips that were downloaded. It is exactly as you describe; you can see the contents pane, but the topic pane remains empty. Vendors are not legally permitted to ship CHMs that disable this security feature. So you have to do that.
The cure is simple. In Explorer, right-click on the CHM, select Properties, and click on the Unblock button at the bottom; it turns gray, then click Apply, then OK. After that, if you double-click the CHM, it opens fine. If you right-click on Properties again, the whole bottom part where the Unblock button was is blank.
