Installation question re:FrameMaker in Windows running under Parallels on Mac.

I periodically delete my Windows virtual machine and create a new one. I haven't installed Mif2Go since creating the current virtual machine. IOW, there's no Mif2Go installation on the current "Windows."
I assume I should treat this installation as a new one, not an upgrade. Correct?

All 4.0 installs are new
For this release, please treat all installs as new. Mif2Go V4 incorporates some major changes in the way settings are made, largely resulting from the refactoring we did in the process of creating its sister product, DITA2Go. Once the new directory tree is in place, future updates can add new settings and sections to support new features without interfering with any of your customizations.
That is why this release has only the full installl .zip, and does not include an update .zip.
