When I insert XrefType=Full in _m2html.ini and re-export, I still get the objectID instead.
Here is my HTML options (I tried a few permutations such as: to position XrefType before ObjectIDs; ObjectIDs with other values, etc.):
[HTMLOptions]
; Default page title for output:
;Title=Your default HTML page title here
ObjectIDs=Referenced
XrefType=Full
NoFonts=Yes
AlignAttributes=No
AllowOverrides=No
StartingSplit=No
A summary of what is exported:

Full doesn't mean what you think...
The XrefType=Full setting is a workaround for a very specific problem, which hardly anyone has. It's best not to use it; see User's Guide par. 6.11.2.4, "Producing numeric vs. full-text cross references" for why.
It looks like you may not have an Xref format defined in Frame, but we really can't tell from the tiny fragment you sent. We would need a one-page (no more) test case, with the .fm, .mif (VERY important), .prj, all .inis, and all outputs including thr log file, all in one .zip. But first, remove that setting and see if it works then.

Thanks! I had read 6.11.2.4 prior to posting, but since I was exporting in HTML I though this part of the doc didn't apply. However I must admit to be a newbie to Mif2Go and don't completely understand the doc yet.
Maybe it would be easier to explain what I'm trying to achieve: We are producing many GUI software each of which contains hundreds of settings. I would have liked to produce contextual tooltips for each setting using our FrameMaker books without having to identify each one manually (which is the case with CSH markers, and a lot of work in our case). FrameMaker's ObjectIDs (using ObjectIDs=All) would have been perfect, but we use conditional text, and as you know the ObjectID numbers changes each time the conditional text is hidden/displayed. I thought XrefType=Full would provide a more persistent type of IDs that are automatically assigned by Mif2Go.
Except for CHS markers, is there another way to do this?

Persistent IDs
I don't know of one. I'm a little surprised the ObjectIDs change that often; I had considered them pretty persistent. But there are no guarantees of that; Adobe can change them any time.
The XrefType does not relate to ObjectIDs, only to cross-reference markers, the ones inserted by Frame when you make a cross-reference to a paragraph. So it's not relevant to your problem.
I think you are just going to have to add the CSH markers. You might check with Rick Quatro, rick@rickquatro.com, to see if any of his scripts could help you do that more easily.
