6.11.2.5 Omitting cross references from RTF output

To actually omit cross references from RTF output, you must specify the following property for each cross-reference format you want omitted:

[XrefStyles]

; xref format name = properties (Delete or Text),

;  if omitted treated as link

XrefFormat=Delete
